Courtney Fry is a graduate of Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology.
Courtney provides psychological counselling and support to individuals, couples and families. Courtney is skilled in working with a broad range of psychological issues which include but are not limited to depression, anxiety and self esteem, suicide and self harm; family, parenting and relationship challenges; critical incident debriefing and trauma, grief and loss; eating disorders and addiction.
With experience in Corporate, Organisational and Health settings, Courtney is an experienced clinician having gained registration as a Psychologist in February 2002. She has worked in private practice in a General Practice environment since 2006 and has been at Ballarto Medical Centre since 2011.
Courtney’s counselling style is professional whilst being warm, relaxed, empathic and supportive. She is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve positive change in their lives regardless of their circumstances. She has a unique skill in assisting her clients to understand their underlying issues and will work collaboratively with them in order to support them to increase their level of psychological health and wellbeing.
