Maintaining the high standards set at this QPA Accredited General Practice is no easy task but embraced fully by Operations Manager, Rachael.
Rachael is an experienced Practice Manager who’s previous experience includes the Management of of one of Melbourne’s busiest clinics.
Rachael started in General Practice 15 years ago as a Medical Receptionist giving her a strong foundation for her role as Practice Manager. As well as owning and operating her own successful businesses in the food industry she has a practice management qualification, early childhood qualification and aspires to one day study nursing.
Rachael is keen to continue her professional development and partakes in many Quality Improvement Initiatives within the community for the clinic. In 2018, she became an Accreditation Surveyor and enjoys the opportunities that this role presents and enjoys visiting other clinics and meeting new people.
Rachael prides herself on a high level of customer service which is reflected through the clinic and staff.
