Fee Policy

Practitioners have complete autonomy with regards to their individual billing practices.

Whilst some of our practitioners do offer a bulk billed service there are some that offer mixed billing. This differs between practitioners.

All of our practitioners bulk bill ALL children under 16 years of age as well as ALL health care card and pension card holders.

If you do not fall within this category you may be charged a private fee, depending on the individual practitioner and their billing procedures.

You will be notified prior to your appointment of any fees and charges applicable to your appointment.

Consultations under Workcover and TAC will be charged privately and there is no rebate from Medicare for these services.

Some procedures, insurance/ pre-employment medicals or vaccinations also incur private fees.

These fees are payable on the day of your appointment. EFTPOS is available.
